Tom Lucas is a proven commercial leader with over 35 years of medical device sales experience and 18 years of executive leadership across startups, growth-stage companies, and global manufacturers.

He has successfully commercialized Class II and DeNovo medical devices, built sales organizations from zero infrastructure, led global launches, secured enterprise and GPO access, and driven sustained revenue growth across multiple therapeutic areas.
